The Charles Bukowski poem ‘Watermelon’ reminds me of you. You read it to me by the light of your lamp in the late spring 4 years ago. I haven’t seen or heard from you in such a long time now. There’s probably no point, and it’s now irrelevant with the time that has passed, but a part of me thinks that if you happen to see this or read it somewhere, you might be reminded of me too.
